Day 164 - June 12

All the rain we got in the last few days seems to have brought one of our lizard friends out of hiding. Of course, I have no idea whether this is the same one that was hanging out on our Adirondack chairs earlier in the spring, but he was there today.

Before Michaela had the chance to scare it away (by yelling, "BOO!"), I ran inside and grabbed the camera so I could try to get a shot of this little guy.

I'm convinced, again, that I need a new macro telephoto zoom lens. I'm not loving this Tamron one because I just can't seem to get a crisp shot, but this one wasn't too bad.

Michaela did eventually scare the little guy into the tomato plant. Hopefully he's not snacking in there.
