Day 282 - October 8

Tonight was Bunco. Our group doesn't normally do a theme for food, everyone just brings whatever, and I'm always the one to stop by the grocery store on the way and pick up something "Winn Dixie-made" (you know, as opposed to "homemade").

I got all crazy this week, though, and decided to make something from scratch. And it was something baked, no less (for those who don't know, the only baking I do on purpose is making cookies at Christmas to give out as gifts; I'm more of a cook). Thank goodness for Pinterest and all the really great, EASY recipes out there.

This is what you get when you mix a devil's food cake mix and a can of pumpkin and bake.
