We had a great holiday here. Unlike in past years when I've served the antipasto minutes before we were ready to eat the full meal, I got smart and served it for lunch. So everyone stuffed themselves on olives, stuffed peppers, various meats and cheeses, crackers, bread, spicy green beans, and artichoke hearts.
That was followed up by Tom's last flight, Tom's hot oil bath, and then a delicious ginormous meal.
I have a picture of the antipasto. And a picture of most of the food on the dinner table. But I won't be sharing those. Instead, I just have a picture of Tom's last flight, just like I had last year. I love traditions.
